Embedded Processing Module featuring the Xilinx Zynq-7000 EPP
With the Zynq-7000 based Mars ZX2, the embedded system designer has an ARM dual-core Cortex-A9 processor system, multiple integrated standard interfaces, as well as a closely coupled 28nm Artix-7 FPGA fabric at his disposal. Xynergy XS - STM32 Cortex-M4, Spartan-6 & 128MB DDR3 on 20cm²
XynergyXS is a processor module based on an STM32 Cortex-M4 microcontroller and a Spartan-6 FPGA in 200-pin SO-DIMM format. The module boasts 64M x 16 DDR3 RAM attached to one of the FPGA's memory ports, and 64MBits of serial flash for configuration and data.
